Ocean Yachts 55í SuperSport SportFish 1985 Tournament Class boat. LOW RESERVE AUCTION NO FINANCE AVAILABLE CASH ONLY DEAL MECHANICS SPECIALBe patient while the photos are loading, I am using high resolution photos so you can see the details. Instrument of transaction shall be CG-1340 USCG Bill of Sale to maintain proper chain of sales transactions for Certificate of Documentation integrity. Bill of Sale shall be notarized in the bank at the time of transaction. Cash or certified bank check only, to be received and deposited in my bank at the time of transaction. Transaction is for vessel as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied, and no refunds. I want to rid myself of this boat. I cannot afford to refit, and I cannot afford to keep it any longer. I want to sell it as soon as possible and stop paying for it and stop worrying about it. I purchased it a few years ago with the intention of voyaging back to my home state and re-finishing the interior. The photos were taken between January 2013 until March 2015, which was my last visit. The boat appeared to be retaining rain water in the bilge and will most probably need to be professionally cleaned inside. The repaired tower support strut is inside the cabin. The engine work was completed on the starboard engine (DD 8V92TI), I heard it run over the phone the night they started it after the rebuild in May 2013. It was not winterized by the mechanic or the seller and may not be operational. The port engine (DD 8V92TI) was disassembled by the sellerís mechanic, and all components are missing. See the photos. The generator is a 12k Northern Lights with unknown hours. All furniture, floor treatments, and mattresses were removed before my purchase. The counters are marble. The refrigerator was removed and the galley was re-designed for under-counter refrigerator and freezer. The condition of the washer and dryer is unknown. The condition of the systems is unknown, I never got to use the boat. The vessel was USCG documented and will be sold with USCG Bill of Sale, along with a copy of the previous Bill of Sale to ensure integrity in the Chain of Title Ownership. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE.......if you are new to eBay and have a 0 or negative rating, your bid will be cancelled and you will be blocked from bidding on this boat and all future listings. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN TWO HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE. HOSTILE BIDDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY. Within 2 hours of auction closing, the winning bidder shall pay the non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 and schedule the remaining payment in full, to be paid in my bank in Brooklyn in person within 3 days, where we will sign the Bill of Sale and our signatures will be notarized to ensure acceptance by the Coast Guard vessel documentation center, and the boat will be yours, as-is and where-is.
