For auction is our 1987 Hunter Legend 37' 6" sloop with wing keel, draft 4'9". This boat is in great condition and sails very fast. We had a complete survey with haul done December 2017 which is quite detailed. The new owner will get a copy of the survey which can be used for insurance and save about $1000.00 out of pocket expense. At the time of haul, the bottom paint is in very good condition and there were NO blisters or repairs found. The wing is awesome and looks like a torpedo. This boat is very fast and sails great even in light wind. Sail inventory is incredible and includes a nearly new main with North Sail stack pack, nearly new genoa, mylar racing sail, an extra main sail, jib, and a .075 spinnaker all in good condition and in sail bags. The spinnaker pole is attached to the anterior mast for storage and has it's own slide on the mast which makes it very easy to deploy. All standing rigging recently inspected including mast, spreaders, and upper rigging. The Yanmar diesel has performed beautifully without any issues. It was rebuilt before I bought the boat- unsure of the year. It is approaching time for an oil change. This is the first diesel I have ever owned that does not use oil. The transmission is a Kansai marine gear with 2.14: 1 reduction ratio. Prop shaft has a PYI/PSS dripless shaft log gland. There is a two blade prop on the boat presently, however there is an additional folding 17" Max prop that I will include with the boat. If you are familiar with these props you know they cost-a lot. I have the shaft nut and instructions for pitch variation. We are only selling this boat because we are moving up to a much larger sailing yacht. There are plenty of extras that will be included and I will list many of them below. Although I am sure there are other additional items I will include, here is a basic list: 1) Practically NEW West Marine 8' dingy and 3.3hp Mercury outboard 2) Anchors: 20kg Bruce with 28' chain, 100' line Danforth with 30' chain, 100' + line Each anchor on anchor roller3) Manual windless New 12v windless still in box. New cable wiring with switches and breaker completed, just needs mounted and connected.4) Sails as above. New 5/8" halyard for spinnaker and main5) Canvas dodger with like new Eisinglass, bimini covers entire cockpit There is a zip in between the dodger and bimini which is nice at anchor6) Custom cockpit cushions7) Solar panel array with stainless steel custom arch 8) Origo alcohol two burner stove new 2017 9) New Jabsco manual toilet 201710) Macerator pump 12v11) Two West marine 12v size 24 batteries new 201712) Perko 4 position switch13) New 4D deep cycle battery for 2000 Heart inverter- needs connected & evaluated 14) EPIRB has new battery but will need registered and evaluated15) Flat screen television16) Salon table extension17) Extra riding anchor18) Dingy anchor19) Two shore power cords 20) Extra lines, dock lines, bumpers21) Emergency tiller22) 16,000 reverse cycle heat & air, (needs new raw water pump)23) Raymarine ST60 wind/speed/depth- new screens and service 201824) Lowrance Elite 7 chart plotter with CHIRP25) Back up Garmin 200 series chart plotter26) Autohelm ST4000 auto pilot27) Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF with GMDSS and includes cockpit mic. 28) New Adler-Barbour refrigerator compressor unit 2017 (12volt)29) JVC stereo system30) Large WelXtrol fresh water accumulator tank31) Extra oil & fuel filters32) Books and manuals 33) New exhaust manifold 201834) New front motor mounts 201835) Custom cockpit sun shade36) Stainless dingy motor lift37) Dingy motor mount on aft rail38) New smoke detector 39) New CO2 sniffer For her age, this boat is in well above average condition and for the money it will be hard to match. If you have questions, ask BEFORE you bid. The boat at the time of survey had an actual cash value of $34,500.00. This was without the dingy & outboard or any of the upgrades I have had performed. This is a binding contract and is a no reserve auction so highest bidder wins. Do not bid if you do not have the funds. If you have less than 10 transactions on ebay do not bid without prior approval. I have listed my boat locally so I reserve the right to end the bidding early. Good Luck!
