THIS YACHT NEEDS COMPLETE REDECORATING AND REFITTING. (Refitting includes repairing, fixing, restoring, renewing, mending, and renovating an old vessel." While this yacht runs well and is reliable, don't expect a 100 percent beautiful condition vessel. Needs updating to bring decorating out of the 1980's. Recent survey is two months old. Solid hull. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT ANY BUYER HAVE THE YACHT PROFESSIONALLY SURVEYED TO ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS. This is a great liveaboard and fully self-contained. Photos were taken last year when we lived aboard. Some salon furniture has been removed. Sectional leather couch and one leather recliner remains. Yacht looks exactly now as it did one year ago with the exception of the above items still remaining. Window treatments shown in photos have been removed to install new privacy window tinting. While this yacht runs well and is reliable, don't expect a 100 percent beautiful condition vessel. Recent survey is two months old. Handy man special and decorator's dream. Layout Entry: To the main salon from the aft deck that overlooks the factory cockpit as well as doors from the deck port and starboard. There is also direct access from the deck on starboard between the main salon and pilothouse. Nearly full beam main salon with TV center forward also incorporates the enclosed aft deck. Next forward is the raised pilothouse. Galley further forward with dinette and “country kitchen” feel. Furthest forward from the galley is accessto the crew’s quarters and engine room. Two main staterooms with en suite baths. Crews Quarters: “V” berth forward, head and shower, and a captain’s quarters/workshop just forward of the walk-in, air-conditioned engine room. Stairway from the main salon leads to the guest and master staterooms. Almost full beam master has a private head with a Jacuzzi tub and full-size shower. Flybridge access is from a pilothouse stairway on port. Navigation Equipment: Navigation electronics are mostly functional and the vessel can be run as is for years but they are not state of the art. Equipment list includes: Raymarine E120 Chart Plotter, Naiad Stabilizers, Furuno Radar, Raymarine TriData Depth, Speed and Trip Log Robertson Autopilot, Eartec Full Duplex Wireless Communication System, Engine Synchronizer, Danforth Constellation Compasses. Deck & Other Features: Skipper Hydraulic Bow Thruster, KVH Tracvision Satellite TV, Ideal electric windlass and tender davit. Each with new, wired, remote controls. Panish Throttle and Shift Controls, Aluminum Painted Decks, Fuel Polishing System, Watermaker with new membranes. Both AC chillers and 4 air handlers new within the last 24 months. Extensive Collection of Spare Parts. Bimini covers. Covers Bimini, 36" aluminum swim platform and ladder. $7,000 Marquipt boarding sea stairs included. Lots of beautiful exterior teak. Flybridge Electronics Navigation Center: Radar, Compass, CD player Autopilot Log-speedometer, Depthsounder, VHF Radio, Inside Equipment: Bow thruster, dishwasher, air conditioning/heat, electric bilge pumps, hot water heaters, electric heads, battery charger, air compressor, Refrigerator, stackable washer/dryer combo, bilge pumps, oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. Electrical Equipment Shore power inlet - 2 X 100 Amp Connections Available Generator - 2 Kilo Pack 32KW generators. This yacht is a trans-Atlantic vessel and holds 4500 gallons of fuel. This yacht is 34 years old. It appears that most people do not understand what refitting (restoring) means. Liken the refit of a boat to the same as to buying a decades old block or concrete house, going in and gutting the house, redo wiring, plumbing, electrical, new vinyl/ceiling/overhead, replace/repair some previous wood trim damage from repaired old leaks, carpeting, etc. Even though the house is serviceable as is, it would be nice to have everything new and modern. While this yacht has been reliable for us since our ownership in 2012, the new owner may wish to refit. This would include either rebuilding the Detroit engines, or you can buy two new engine from Detroit for $20,000 each. To replace cutlass bearings, realign shafts, dripless couplings, replace seals in stabilizers, bottom paint $40,000. But all have been reliable for us. This yacht would be for sale at $750,00 or more if these items were completed. People also keep asking if the boat is reliable. I have no problem delivering the boat to the east coast of the USA.
