Chris Craft Constellation 1965
We have put a lot of work into the rejuvenation of the Mooring Wood. A partial list will follow but first the bad part. This November we pulled her out for a routine bottom job. When she went back in we popped out some caulking. Before we realized what was going on, she was filling up with water. Water was over the generator and half way up the motors. We damaged the rub rail trying to get her out of the water, also popped some more seams. Water did not get over the engines but was in the crankcase. Top ends were still dry. We filled the crankcases with diesel, we believe the engines are okay. But batteries are shot so we did not try to start. If someone wants to re caulk her she should be ready to go. Info only, we just took her on a 400-mile trip in September with no problems. Now for a list of upgrades. New Bimini and enclosure, $3500 new in August, enclosure never used. Both engines have been rebuilt, the port by PO and we did the starboard. (75 hours on it) New exhaust on the starboard ...

There is a navigation station as well for operating the vessel indoors on colder days. Forward of the Salon and Galley is another head and V-Berth. 1960 Chris Craft Cavalier runabout
All the hard work is done. Stripped down to the original mahogany plywood planking. All decking and internal ribs appear to be extremely solid. I have obtained original documentation, owners manual, shipping and build documents from the Mariners Museum in Va. Original engine and owners manuals included. All chrome and trim pieces are in great shape. Everything is here. Seats are there but need recovering and foam. I am including most paint, stain, varnish and materials needed to finish. I have applied the original factory correct stain. I just do not have time to complete.

1964 Chris-Craft Super Sport 20' Classic Wood Runabout
This original bottom beauty spent its life in fresh water on Lake Minnetonka until being moved to Detroit in recent years. Super Sports were styled similarly to American cars of the era and advertised with space-age styling, stability, and responsiveness. I've owned the boat for four years and it comes with invoices documenting over $30k in restoration costs since 2002. It has 528 hours of operation, no current issues and is sold with a trailer and custom cover along with a clear Michigan title. The hull was stripped and mahogany replaced where necessary in 2002, while new stain, varnish, and paint were applied in 2003. Later work involved replacement of one bottom plank followed by sanding, recaulking, and repainting in 2015. Chrome trim has been replaced along with new side scripts and a variety of fasteners and hardware. The two-tone interior was reupholstered in 2003 with materials similar to original. The front bench seat was further redone in 2015. Original-style instruments are ...
