Pearson 35 sloop
This is an old Pearson with a newer Westerbeke diesel. Hours meter shows only 500+ hours. The rigging all looks very good. There is full canvas in the V-berth that looks new. The sails all look good. There are no obvious soft spots anywhere but, there is some gelcoat crazing on the cabin top and what looks like some repair work was done on some of it. The interior is intact and in decent, usable shape. Newer propane stove. The cabin top and decks will need paint and non-skid. All hardware is there and usable. Auto helm and basic instruments. This boat is in over-all good condition but, needs a good clean up as she has been sitting for about 6 years. Not much water in the bilge for sitting that long. I will warrantee the engine as running. It appears to have been winterized. Won’t take a lot of cash to get this boat ready to sail. Land storage is $260 p/m. Terms and Conditions: There is a $500 deposit due upon acceptance of best offer. You are encouraged to inspect the vessel prior to bidding. ...

1971 34ft Columbia MKII (Electric Engine Conversion)
So I purchased this boat two years ago from a family who hadn't sailed it in 15 years. I have been working one every break I have (as I am a school teacher) to refit make it livable. I removed the diesel engine that was a seized engine for 8 years and put in a battery bank and 12.5KW Brushless Kit featuring a Motenergy brushless motor and a 72V 350 Amp Sevcon Gen-4 Controller that can produce up to 12.5HP continuous and 33HP peak. The large interior makes it available to accommodate 4-6 people. A Coastal Cruising Sailboat designed by Bill Trip with a deck step mast, sloop rig, bolted on cast iron keel and a spade rudder. I have a survey done from last year placing the value at 34,000 dollars. Would make an amazing live aboard, that was the initial plan, however things have changed. Would probably do a hull paint job in the next year or so would all that would need to be done coming up. 12 hours on the electric engine, yes only 12, did a few test runs/ capacity testing and a few sails before ...

1967 Custom Cold Molded - Illingworth and Primrose Design
Axel Heyst is a Custom Illingworth & Primrose cold molded design built in 1967 for the OSTAR but not completed in time to compete. She was brought to the United States where she had a long racing career. Rerigged with deck-stepped SC-50 spars she rates 96 in PHRF. This is a very well built boat that is lots of fun to sail and can win races. She needs some work to make her seaworthy. Please message me with any questions. Thanks in advance for being patient while I reply - I have a busy work schedule. Thanks!
