For sale 55-foot sailboat this boat is made of ferro cement. It was a man’s dream but he ran out of life before it was done. The boat was to be rigged as a ketch rig. The hull has been laid up but most of the finish work needs to be done. Asking best offer. Property owner needs to move. Boat has been in a covered building since it was built. 32 ft Endeavour Sloop
OVERVIEW When we found Alphie online in Bath, NC, she’d had just returned from West Palm Beach, Florida with a new cutlass bearing. Alphie is very sound and strong, Bluewater cruiser. Sistership can be seen on YouTube "Sailboat Story" we bought her on the condition of an engine test. The Yanmar started right up. We sailed her home to her new home in Maryland She needs some minor interior work completed that was started before we made the decision to move to a bigger vessel—work is mostly sprucing up... Laying carpet, new main cabin cushions( V-berth cushions brand new still covered with protective wrapping) and some projects (like servicing the refrigerator/freezer, installing new propane tank/ locker (provided with purchase), installing new bow lights ( provided with sale) Last log entry ( Aug 15, 2017).
