For sale is our Rinker 330 Fiesta Vee , this is a great express cruiser with a spacious cockpit with seating for all your friends . The boat was liened for 3 years of unpaid storage and she has been dry stored on land for at least 5 years . We do have a Clear Maryland Title in our company name ready to transfer to the new owner . We have just had a 25 page survey done by an accredited marine surveyor in the last few days in order to get her insured and have an unbiased 3rd party opinion to help us work out a realistic value , we will make it available to anyone who is serious about buying the boat , the value placed on her in her current condition is $32,500 , in order to come up with the value the surveyor goes through all the comps of similar boats as well as what boats have recently sold for .All the above said we are happy to entertain reasonable realistic offers , partial trades may be considered if we can establish a value of what it is you want to trade beforehand . The bottom line on the boat : structurally sound, strong and dry with no hidden moisture, very low engine hours , good generator and AC . She needs cosmetic work. The seats need cleaning, needs new canvas, and back cushion has a split in the stitching (approximately 3 inches long). The boat needs a good compound and wax. The interior needs cleaning although there is NO sign of interior mold and the interior is dry it just needs a good wipe down , the 4 portlights are foggy , they do not leak just not clear to look through . You have the potential to buy it at the right price and also create some equity. To answer the obvious question of why we don't do it ourselves? We wholesale our boats instead of adding additional costs and time to the bottom line. Most people prefer saving money and doing a bit of work themselves . These Rinkers retail on average between $30K and $40K , the cheapest one that I have seen on the market recently that required engine overhauls was under contract at $21K , ours has been priced aggressively but keep in mind it does need some clean up work . There is a lot of equipment including a 16000 BTU reverse-cycle marine air conditioning system , fiberglass radar arch, engine synchronizer, remote spotlight, clarion CD system with changer, cabin and cockpit speakers, 110v/30a Shorepower, 40a automatic battery charger, dual battery switches, Trim tabs , cockpit courtesy lighting, cockpit shower, an extended fiberglass swim platform with ladder, full instrumentation, windshield wiper, Halon fire supressent system, automatic bilge pump, amongst a few other things I may have forgotten . A very roomy boat, she sleeps 6 in comfort and features an open layout with a user friendly galley and and enclosed head/ bathroom with a stall shower. Her spacious interior layout begins from when you enter the cabin you will like the 6.5 headroom in the main cabin ,forward you will see a large queen berth with access steps on the side , there is a privacy curtain rail although you will need to buy a new curtain , hanging locker overhead deck hatch, side shelves and numerous compartments for extra storage. Her galley / kitchen is to Port and features a refrigerator/freezer, s/s sink with hot & cold pressure water, built-in microwave , built-in coffee maker, 2-Burner electric stove, overhead deck hatch and more storage cabinets . To Starboard is a large U-shaped settee with dinette table that converts to a double berth with a filler cushion ,overhead deck hatch, built-in television and again more storage drawers and locker. The head / bathroom is to Port and features a separate stall shower , marine toilet, sink / vanity, storage cabinet and an opening port. Aft is a mid-Cabin which features a U-shaped settee that converts to a large queen berth, with ample storage Compartments. Outside, her cockpit is well-arranged and features a double-wide helm seat, large portside lounge seat, large aft bench seat, cockpit wet bar with refrigerator / freezer and a small sink, removable cockpit table, abundant storage compartments. There is a sliding cabin entry door that requires new rollers at the bottom , it does slide open and closed but they do need replacement , an electric / hydraulic engine hatch lift, there is a transom door to access her extended swim platform . to get access up forward there is a walk-through windshield with built-in steps . She is powered by Twin 5.7 Liter Mercruisers with Bravo-III Outdrives. The Port engine has 206 hours and Starboard engine has only 203 hours . The generator has 143 hours . She has a bridge clearance of 9.6ft . Yes we will , can and have exported many times , the closest Port is the Port of Baltimore . Please feel free to call with any questions , if we do not answer you can leave a message and I will call back as soon as I can . Thanks Matt . 410 533 6946
