She has a copper bottom, steel and aluminum super structure, but has been derelict for about 4 years, with questionable maintenance practices for about a decade prior to that by the live-aboard owner. Currently moored in Corpus Christi, Texas, a thru-hull valve is leaking and she needs a bottom job badly. Because the hull is wood, a decent carpenter can do almost all the repairs needed. I will not deliver this boat, but the buyer can pay to have it shipped or delivered by a professional service. I have clear title to the boat and will provide an executed Coast Guard form CG-1340 with supporting documents within 48 hours of payment.
