1979 Chris Craft Catalina - length 28'-11' - Beam 10' 8". 3rd owner - fresh water use only. Twin Chevy 305 inboard with electronic ignition. Huge cabin sleeps six - V birth, convertible dinette and pullman birth. Pressure hot and cold water. Reverse cycle air/heat. Has engine, syncronizer, trim tabs, fume detector, three batteries (new in 2010) with shore power and marine battery charger, marine radio. Large head has hot/cold water shower and electric head and and spot light. Boat is in very good condition given its age. Has full camper canvas in fair condition but needs to be replaced . Galley has microwave, refrigerator (ac only), and alcohol/ac stove (never used). Boat comes with all existing lines. Use of slip for remainder of 2010 season. Boat runs great and is currently in the water at Waukegan Harbor. 500 deposit due within 3 days, full payment due in 7 days, Payments mut be in cash or cashiers check Last survey 6/30/09 reported value at 16,500.00.
