Up for sale is this rare model Donzi Z 3250 SS aft cabin, sport cruiser. Powered by a pair of MerCruiser 502's and Bravo outdrives. Boat is equipped with an Onan generator, A/C and a radar arch. THE BOAT: This boat is in excellent condition and being offered for sale by the second owner. It has spent the last 10 years of it's life here on Lake Cumberland, in southern KY, one of the largest freshwater lakes in the mid-west. This boat left the Donzi factory with their optional (and expensive) custom Imron paint graphics on it. The boat also has a radar arch with a bimini top connected to it that covers the helm station. There are also clear enclosure curtains to connect the bimini top with the windshield. The boat has a large swim platform, which is covered with Sea-Dek non skid padding. The rear wrap around seating area is large and there is snap-in carpet to cover the engine access hatches underneath. The helm is well laid out and everything functions as it should. The drive trim indicators have just had their cables replaced. There are Gaffrig controls and gauges. The boat is equipped with radar, remote spotlight, TV antenna, VHF radio, depth finder and fishfinder. The cabin is in excellent condition. There is a stove top, sink and refrigerator. The dining area is U shaped and has a custom table top. There is ample closet and drawer storage. The head has a sink, toilet and shower. There is a holding tank and fresh water tank. The v berth is large and has storage beneath. The electrical control panel is mounted above the entrance to the aft cabin and the controls for the generator and shore power is contained within it, as well as all the circuit breakers. The stereo system is also mounted in this bulkhead. There is also a flat screen TV. The forward deck is clean and solid. There is an anchor storage compartment forward and a windlass. The boat is also equipped with aft facing underwater LED lighting. All the stainless rails and hardware are in excellent condition, as is all the glass. The black hull is also excellent and the graphics are bright. The boat was always kept in a covered slip, out of direct sunlight. THE ENGINES: This boat is equipped with it's original MerCruiser 502's, which have 506 hours on them since new. The run flawlessly and are more then enough to propel this boat with ease. The boat is equipped with thru-transom exhaust, which is switchable (Captain's Call). The boat has a pair of Bravo outdrives with stainless propellers. The drives are in excellent condition. This boat will run in the low 50's with under a half tank of fuel in it. The boat is equipped with an Onan generator, which I believe is a 6.5 possibly. It also runs very well and has very low hours. Most of the overnighting was done while the boat was in the slip plugged in to shore power. The boat is equipped with working heat and A/C. RECENT WORK COMPLETED: Last season, the hull was blasted, 2 coats of epoxy barrier coat applied and 3 coats of hard bottom paint. It was in the water 6 months. Last season, both outdrives and gimbals were completely rebuilt and both lower housings replaced. This job included replacing the shift cables, bellows, gimbal bearings, water pump impellers and even the trim indicator cables. Last season the generator was completely serviced. Vessel is currently winterized. ITEMS NEEDING ATTENTION: The rear cockpit seat has 1 seam where the stitching has come apart. This is scheduled to be repaired as soon as possible. The boat needs a complete detail, due to sitting all winter. This is also scheduled as soon as our crappy weather lets up. The U-line icemaker in the cockpit does not work and there are no plans to repair it. Batteries need to be evaluated. I am unsure of their age or condition. TERMS: Vessel is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to cancel auction at anytime, unless it meets the reserve or the buy now function is activated. Vessel is sold in the AS IS / WHERE IS condition with no warranty whatsoever. There is no trailer, but I am a trailer dealer, if you need to purchase one. I expect a $500 deposit within 24 hours of close of auction. I expect the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of close of auction. Buyer can have up to 30 days to arrange shipping, providing the vessel is paid in full as stated above. Boat is currently winterized, stored in my fenced lot and there is no trailer, so test drives are out of the question. If you are a resident Lake Cumberland boater and are the buyer of this boat, we will deliver it to the lake for you and do a sea trial with you, but if the vessel is going elsewhere we cannot accommodate a test drive. The owner gave up his slip, so there is simply no place to leave the boat in the water. The boat runs and operates 100% and has been owned by a USCG Licensed Captain for the past 10 years and it is well kept. Buy with confidence. Ask any and all question early. Do not buy it and then get cold feet. Buying through this auction process is a legally binding contract that will be enforced as needed. You have to have a PayPal account in order for the system to allow you to bid. Also, If you have never bid on a high ticket item, do so early because sometimes you have to go through additional steps through Ebay. If you are not bringing cash with you to pay for this boat, you will need to call me to discuss other payment options. I can be reached directly at 270-507-6571, or by using the "contact seller" link on the ad above. I am a licensed KY boat dealer and have been for 20 years. This is a consignment sale I am handling and the owner and this boat I have known for 5 years. I personally did the bottom job. Another local certified Mercury repair shop performed the service work and drive rebuilds. I may be able to help with a shipper, depending on where it has to go. I also have the ability to lift the boat and load onto your trailer. This is a pretty rare model that is hard to find, especially with this optional color scheme. The boat is simply in very good condition and will make someone a very happy owner. Buy with confidence. Thank you for your interest.
