There is no reserve price so any bid over $400 is the winning price with no extra fees. This boat is in surprisingly good condition for its age. It is water tight above and below. The bilge is dry. The interior is in good shape but it has old carpet and veneer wood that is old looking. The windows have lots of hairline cracks from age and sun effects over the years. The only real problem is I let the mast down because I broke the forestay when I was tightening the turn buckle. So it's laying down on top of the boat. It won't take much to fix and I got a nice new stainless steel turnbuckle for the front. I spend days scrubbing the exterior from top to bottom (twice). Under the hull there is barnacle build up though. Sorry I don't have better pictures but I am in New Mexico and the boat is in San Diego and these are all I have. I have a clean title in my name that I can sign over to the new owner right away. It's registered for 2011 but its still good since you only need to register boats every 2 years (to keep it in a marina anyway). As for features it does not have a head but all the connections and components are in place. I got a nice new rudder and tiller with all stainless steel hardware for it for (over $500) but the pintles on it may need to be adjusted to match up with the transom. It has a main sail and 2 jib sails, a complete flare gun kit, life jackets, bumpers, a hand pump, a 50 ft anchor setup, water hose, and lots of other little things you need. The door has a working lock. The port window is water tight and locks. All the cushions are onboard and in good condition. The interior lights and shore power wiring are working. It has a nice long shore power cable. All the rigging is good except the forestay. All it needs is the forestay replaced which is just a wire that secures it to the bow, the new rudder attached, and an outboard motor to get in and out of the marina. I have to sell it because I can no longer afford the $185 monthly slip fee. The marina provides shore power, shower, restroom, laundry room, mailboxes, storage, secure gate with cameras, even a weight room. Also the live-aboards there are very nice people and very helpful. There are fireworks visible from the boat every night from Sea-World, an excellent view of San Diego from across the bay, the famous Bali Hi restaurant with its nightly bonfire is right next door and it's just a beautiful place to hang out. I fell in love with it immediately. Call me at 575-754-6216 and I will answer any questions you have.
